Multifamily

43rd Street

An American Dream

This community of 52 townhouses is located in Norfolk, Virginia directly across the street from the Old Dominion University Campus.  The neighborhood was designed to be “Work Force” housing.  A minimum of 20% of all units was held aside and specially priced for teachers, firefighters, police officers and others who work to serve the community.  The townhouses were designed to be reasonably priced while reflecting the local architectural character found in the surrounding neighborhoods.
