This project involved new additions and renovatios to this 312 bed nursing facility.  The additions include a new administrative area, dining area, outdoor terrace, physical therapy area, and business area.  In the process, we created a whole new front facade that is upscale and appealing.  Sloped roofs were added on top of the existing flat roofs.  Renovations included creation of a new “Main Street” through the middle of the facility that has the feel of an outdoor main street in old town. A variety of exterior materials, lighting and signage were utilized to help create this effect.  New electrical and mechanical systems were also installed.
