Summit Square Retirement Community in Waynesboro, VA has contracted with Mather Architects to renovate the existing dining room. A long-time client and close friend, Summit Square is a not-for-profit, continuing care retirement community in Augusta County, Virginia. We are proud that our assistance in architecture and planning has helped to making Summit Square a better place for residents and staff alike.

The renovation will fix a number of problems that exist in the current dining room while updating the look, feel, and atmosphere with a new layout, new finishes, and a new seating layout. The proposed plan includes a general dining room, a private dining room, and a casual dining room with lounge seating. A service corridor will separate the kitchen from the dining room allowing for a less busy, more intimate dining experience.
