The Sunnyside Community held its groundbreaking ceremony for its new wellness center. Along with the team from Mather Architects and the executive staff at Sunnyside, we were joined by Harman Construction and plenty of excited residents.
The wellness center will be a lovely 1 story building that will be a little over 12,000 square feet. It will include an indoor lap pool and spa area, indoor track, group fitness room, equipment room, and spacious locker rooms.
This building is expected to be completed in approximately 12 months.
